Openspace is an online, secure cloud server where we can safely exchange sensitive information with each other rather than using email attachments. When you first log in, you will find a ‘new client’ check list to download and complete, if you haven’t already done so.
The next important steps
- Our admin assistant will be in touch to explain what we need from you to get us registered as your new accountants.
- If you had a previous accountant, we will write to them and get you released.
- We are required by HMRC to complete a money laundering check, again, our admin assistant will email or call to assist with this.
- Your new client relationship manager will introduce themselves.
- If you have agreed to pay us monthly, you will receive a GoCardless request via email to arrange your new direct debit.
- Where necessary, log in details for your new cloud software will be emailed to you.
