Our monthly accounting service is what makes us different. Developed from our vision of making your life easier, while improving your performance, our monthly accounting package works perfectly for businesses of any size, whether a sole trader, freelancer, limited company or partnership.

What is it?

It’s a bespoke package, built exclusively to match your business’s needs. It delivers a mixture of all of our services in one, easy monthly package. You’ll be using the latest in cloud technology, which means you retain control of your business finances wherever you are

Do you take care of everything?

Almost! All we ask is that you to generate your own sales invoices using one of the cloud packages we recommend. You’ll be provided with a handy phone App, Receipt Bank, to capture all your business receipts using the camera on your phone. In the background, our team will process your receipts, categorise them, and upload to your accounting software, meaning your financial data is just a click away.

How do I pay for this?

You can pay us by direct debit each month. All our packages are invoiced on an annual basis and broken down into 12 equal monthly payments. This helps you with budgeting and allows us to get paid for the services we provide each month.

What else can I expect from my accounting package?

You’ll have access to your our own dedicated advisor who will ensure a rapid response for calls, email’s and texts. Receive reminder emails for deadlines and payments. Receive a text message each month to request any information we may be waiting for. Receive midterm and pre-year end tax planning reviews to help maximize tax efficiency. Receive unlimited business support via face-to-face meetings, email’s, telephone or texts.

Yes, there’s more!
Where necessary, we’ll prepare your quarterly VAT & MTD returns. Prepare and file your payroll, including pay slips (no minimum employees) and preparation of P11. Prepare your business Financial Statements. Prepare and file all Tax Returns for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. Provide financial information for tax credits before the July deadline. Liaise with HMRC on your behalf for business and personal matters. Assistance with HMRC records checks as they arise. Provide Company Secretarial services, including confirmation statements, Share Issue, Share Transfers and Changes of Particulars. Preparation of your Company’s Corporation Tax Return. Submission of all HMRC and Companies House documentation upon your approval.
