You will need to provide Companies House with the following information when incorporating a new company to ensure the application is a success. Registration can be done directly with Companies house or using third party software.
You will need:
- Date of birth
- details your profession
- Personal address (additional addresses will be required if under 3 years at current address)
- Registered office address (you could use your accountant’s main office for this)
- Email address
- Phone number
- Country of residence
- Home Address
- Driving license number or passport number
- Some memorable data that only you will know for security purposes.
When making the application be sure to check that the name you require is available, this can be done by searching the register to see if your desired name is already in use or not, type in your desired business name and if it appears then you will need to think of an alternative name.
