If you are in full-time employment, you can potentially claim expenses from your employer if you haven’t already been reimbursed.
One example of this is mileage. If your employer pays you a flat rate of 20p per mile, you can go to the HMRC website and make a claim for the remaining mileage allowance. The current rate is 45p per mile up to a maximum of 10000 miles and 25p per mile thereafter.
