Shaping the future of our company

A common problem for many young people when applying for accountancy jobs is that you must have the experience to get a job, but you can’t get a job without experience! We believe if you’re the right person regardless of experience you should be given the opportunity to prove it.

Here at Aldous & Saunders, we have partnered with a national training academy to offer an apprenticeship programme that will give students the opportunity to combine their academic studies with hands-on practical experience to help them gain an in-depth understanding of small business accounting.

Supporting students as they work through their studies is something we have always been especially proud of. Our apprenticeship programme will play a key part in helping us find our company’s key team members and as they progress through their studies and understand our vision they will quickly come to realise that the possibilities for professional development and self-achievement within our company are endless.

If you would like to be considered for an apprenticeship simply begin by telling us a little about yourself.
